I'm a EOP so I can't understand a thing he says outside the rare English sentence. ;_;
But I like him cause he's funny, when he has a rare translator in chat you learn he's surprisingly thoughtful and smart. He has alot of things to talk about and I should really do my JP reps so I can understand him.
He playful with his chat, being as small as it is it's easy for him to pick out things to respond to so he can continue talking.
I find his voice soothing to listen to. I use his Minecraft streams to nap before I go to work. When he gets excited about things it makes me smile cause it feels so genuine. I find some of the things he does oddly cute. The childishness he descends into is endearing and makes me laugh.
But this is only surface level things I can stay without knowing fully what he's saying so take my odd taste with a grain of salt and skepticism.

Even if it takes a big while, Arusan isn't going anywhere and he fortunately streams and plan to stream daily for a long time, as he said in the beginning of the year.
His streams are perfect to practise by immersion by reading the chat, which has the right speed, and by listening to him.
Even if you understand only 10%, it is still better than before and you will defintely get more out of it if you learn the basics, even more if you practise on something you enjoy. Feeling for real the progression will keep you motivated, so don't give up!

Yeah, but in their case, there is a feedback loop in work since you almost always have translators and dedicated clippers so that anyone could know what is going on. That's what made hololive relevant in the first place, even before the official subreddit. This is not particularily the case there.

This. Pizza dad enunciates his words clearly and if you paired up with a game that you also know how it works (minecraft), it's a great learning experience. First, learn the kana (the japanese alphabet) and basic grammar so that you won't get completely lost in streams and slowly build your knowledge from there.
Just for some gauge, I was a complete EOP half a year ago and now I can get the general topic in his minecraft streams while reading chat around 60% of the time, and completely understanding what's he saying around 20% of that. It's not a lot but it increased my stream enjoyment by quite a bit. You can do it anon!

Oga is like Robe where zatsudan is the main content although he's the opposite of the spectrum. If Robe is explosive high energy, Oga is calm relaxing one. In general, you can't go wrong with the group collabs. It is Holostars' main strength, so you can check out their special MC events like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wu0Et-co2BY or the xmas tree event. The two first AmongUs collabs or Golfit in particular are comedy gold.
I watch mainly Roberu, so I could recommend almost everything from him outside from gaming, especially the Bar Robel where he invites other vtuber for a 1-hour freestyle zatsudan, or the Hen no waku which are gorilla streams where he does stupid shit.
Since you asked for Oga, I liked his game creation streams, but unfortunately he barely does them anymore, most probably because of a previous stupid incident. His Megaman streams are also cool, he usually finishes them fast but retrogaming is oddly relaxing with him. He also sometimes does karaoke streams if SOUL singing is your jam. He also often does zatsus around the same hour after work, but as >>16829565 said, omaesans are super horny, but they are also super chill outside from this.
