Shion is all but confirmed to have depression/menhera issues. I don't know much of her early time in Hololive, but she streams very irregularly and often takes long breaks unannounced. The usual excuse is that she's sick, but it's so common that at this point you have to wonder if she doesn't spend more time sick than healthy. Ex. When she had a family member die and was on break for over a month, she came back and said she had been sick twice over the duration. Reminder she's a neet, so her exposure to stuff should be low.

Lastly, I can't find the clip (might have been on that communist china youtube group that nuked all their translations) but there was 1 stream where she talked about having bad stomach and nausea problems for weeks. Iirc, she specifically mentioned that she would feel better crouching than standing/sitting when it would flare up, so she'd basically be crouching in the bathroom for a while. She probably didn't actually say this, but for some reason I remember her saying she even blacked out at one time. Anyway, it was speculated that it's probably stress-related, and there's been no word on her condition since so we don't know if that's still a thing or not.
