The way Twitch handles CCV is better tracked through Twitchtracker than on the actual site. CCV numbers during stream bounce around a lot, especially during raids as the system culls double-views, bots, etc.
Pic related is the peak CCV in Ironmouse's Newyears stream at 31K after a Sykkuno raid. It dropped back to 26K shortly after which is the actual peak for the stream as shown on Twitchtracker.
This happens on most twitch streams. You can watch the CCV count bounce up and down by about 20% as the system does routine checks.
