Nobody ever speaks nonstop, because they would lose their voice in like 3 hours if they did. For healthy people, the voice box needs 10 minutes of rest per 60 minutes of normal talking, or else it will start becoming inflamed from overuse. If someone has ever seriously strained their voice before, it's like frostbite. You get it once and your resistance to getting it again is lowered. It becomes a chronic health problem. You don't know what it's like because you don't talk all day. You know why Ayame streams so infrequently? Because a single stream breaks her voice for like a a week.

Kronii's voice is very obviously an act. She manually downshifts to sound smooth and silky. That requires both consciously altering the voice box, controlling breathing, and planning her sentence intonation so that she doesn't pitch up naturally for something contextual, like emphasizing a point. It's quite a lot to keep in mind while trying to improvise.
