Enma = AO = Omega

Got a big head and went full autismo. Except unlike me, AO didn't have the creative genious to pull it off correctly. Or the good sense to not be in a position normally thought to be filled by women. Or the good sense to show lore rather than tell it. Or the good sense not to bust out the premium themed avatars and promotional videos for a gen filled with more down to earth streamers.

Wound up looking like a clown as a result.

As an aside, EN should've done what JP did and shelved/modified the designs if they couldn't find people hammy and larger than life enough to fit the original descriptions. Never put the cart before the horse and design a gen with high expectations if there's no guarantee you'll be able to find qualified applicants.

Hopefully they learned from this, and if there's a Gen 3 their lore will be simpler while their designs will be more slice of life. Western culture just doesn't do hamminess or theatrics all that well because it's seen as cringe. Expectations should be lowered accordingly.

Go to sleep, Coco. You will never be a manager

Enma was never real.
Jenma and Jchad actually exist as singular people who had dedicated characters developed for them.
"Enma" was just a catch-all blob for all various managers as a whole, back in the beginning when the EN girls were still unsure about how to handle manager-characters (for example, how much even to share about their specific managers at all vs. how strict to stick to their "talk as little as possible about behind-the-scenes stuff" company directive).

After "Enma" appeared (slotting in the L4D collab), and the fans ran wild with the concept (there's a tangible "hunger" from the EN audience to have some kind of EN-Achan as an embodiment of management to relate to), some girls saw the positive reaction and began to build and differentiate their own manager characters (Jenma for Kiara, Ame and Gura, most of it coming from Kiara because she's closest with her, and Jchad for Mori), and the "Enma" character was slowly left in the dust - coincidentally, who was Enma even managing? Oh, Ina (who also created "her" design). Now, Ina is also the one who talks the least about her personal manager, and you can make your own conclusions as to why (maybe because she knows we wouldn't like the revelations).

Anyway, long story short, the most plausible explanation is that Enma is basically Omegatranny (who was also AO, isn't it "interesting" that the supposed director of the whole EN branch also moonlighted as Ina's personal chat mod in the early days, and from the minecraft leaks we know he's also her old XIV raid buddy...), i.e. a male and that's why Ina never went much further into detail about her "personal manager", and as Omega has already finally realized his goal of self-inserting himself into HoloEN lore with his own chuuni god character, they both have no use for the empty diversion of the "Enma" shell character anymore

Ages ago, during on of Ina's minecraft streams, her ingame chatlog flashed open for a bit and you could see her chumming it up with AO about ffxiv. I don't have the screenshot saved, but you can probably find it if you search around the archive with the relevant keywords.
It was nothing too yabe in the texts in itself, by the way, on its own just harmless xiv talk, but it's also a piece in the larger puzzle of their behind-the-scenes connection, ie. confirmed that AO is not just any rando who just happened to become Ina's public chatmod, but also someone she privately knows and had pre-holo connections playing the game with. Now couple that with the general issue that AO is also OmegaAlpha, the supposed head honcho of the whole EN project, and questions naturally arise as to what exactly is Ina's relation to all this, seeing as how she's apparently chummy with the boss behind the scenes, or how she got some special treatment (having him larp as her chatmod, when the other talents had none, for example).
Now of course, schizos and bootlickers try to paint the issue as ridiculous by throwing smokescreens like "he's totally her bf/husband, they're fuuuucking!!!" to get you to dismiss any questions with caricature, but don't let this distract you and stay curious.

Got folded into Omega.
The thing is, there is no single Omega, they are a composite identity for whoever is on shift at the moment to hide behind. This way, if some manager does something particularly boneheaded, they can't get singled out like Enma or AO-chan did, it all gets redirected to the nebulous character of Omega.

tl;dr: Omega -is- actually a they/them, not because they're nonbinary, but because they're literally several niggas.

Enma never existed. Ina came up with her as a concept that all the girls were supposed to use as their manager, but they didn't get the memo Kiara, Ame, and Gura all referred to Jenma separately from Enma. (I sometimes wonder if there weren't always two "Jenmas": a "J"enma and a "G"enma and it was never clarified by holos.)

Hell, I'll go on a limb and guess that Jenma was also Ina's manager and that only Mori had her own JChad because of the extra work, connections, and communication involved in producing music and coordinating with many other creators.

Last I heard, Ame still has Jenma as a "manager" (someone who coordinate between Ame and Cover) but also has "Henma" now more as a personal assistant.
