Already debunked. This keeps her up at night. Especially since she browses the numberfag sites and skims 4chan trying to find inspiration,all without realizing that inspiration, ambition and motivation needs to come from within.

With that said, being a sassy Latina works against her considering the type of western guy who'd watch anime girls for hours on end isn't necessarily the type who'd like to be challenged by a woman.

Not only that, but there's the issue of purpose. What purpose does she have? What niche does she fill? What kind of content will she offer to differentiate herself?

Nijisanji went all in on flooding the market, which may be good for overall market share for the company. But it's not necessarily as great for the streamers because far less thought was put into polishing and marketing them. It's more like "here's your avatar and a gen song, now get out of my house and get a job you bum." It's an incredibly American "white trash" mentality (speaking from experience) that often doesn't work out very well compared to actually nurturing a talent (as you can see with American Asians doing much better than white ME ME MEs).

Best advice I could give is coming up with some sort of content creation related goal related to her passions, hobbies and interests then working towards it. For example, Finana presumably wanted to become a Honkai shill, so she started making a bunch of Honkai content and is now supposedly acknowledged by mihoyo. Having a real, task oriented goal aside from just "I want to be popular, rich and successful" is a great motivator that comes with tangible, built in metrics for progress which boost morale when reached and provide an objective standard for having achieved something.

First issue is that Rosemi's supposed nihongo fluency is underutilized. That, and her collab game is weak...which also plays into the first point. Presumably she's able to collab with a variety of Japanese vtubers. She just...doesn't for whatever reason. Instead she collabed with Nijihomos.

The other issue is that she's playing against type and trying to be a comedian style streamer, which is adorable but also probably a debuff since she's not very good at it.

She is practically a laundry list of debuffs. It's more surprising doesn't trail Enna even harder (like 20k+) considering Reimu's debuffs don't really apply to Enna, albeit Enna's design is good but not the best (kind of overdone). She and Millie work perfectly together as was clearly intendeed by Niji via already being close IRL - so Enna/Millie should be very close in subs IMO, but Millie got one of the top Niji designs period so that probably did a lot.

Around the time Obsydia debuted she was unmodded from Kanae's chat and he slightly distanced himself from her(well as much as a streamer can distance themselves from a viewer, he basically just stopped giving her favoritism in his chat) because it'd look bad if it seemed like Kanae had anything to do with her getting into Nijisanji. Once Ethyria debuted she spent more time interacting with EN vtubers instead of orbiting Kanae. She seems totally professional and not just in Nijisanji to talk to him since they were already privately friends(Kanae once mentioned wanting to make a song cover with her and would reply to her on Twitter).
