My Song is better in that the MV is absolutely top-tier and Watame's singing is great especially when she belts it out near the end, and the lyrics make me gosling for her.
I still would sooner listen to Unison (which I think is a good song) because unfortunately the instrumental in My Song is a bit generic in my opinion.

Good producer/composer that can fit well with the Watame's vocal style can be hard to find I guess. While Aimai Chocolate is more uniquely composed, Watame's vocal is more subdued and autotuned in that song. My song is more generically produced but showcase Watame's unique vocal trait much better. Maybe one day she can build a big enough network to land a great producer/composer that put in the work for a truly great song that have both feature.

I agree that it gets a bit ruined due to the autotune but I feel more of Watame's fluffiness and how she is when she streams.
Her voice comes out more in My Song due to it being a more emotional song, but I wouldn't say this showcases it better.

I feel like most holos with good karaoke voices sound like generic trash on their official songs.
Super obvious example is Gura, I've never say through any of her officially produced songs but I constantly have her karaoke Playlist on repeat.

Suisei definitely has connections. People make jokes about her always self promoting her stuffs but that shit pays off for her. She even get to work with composer/producer of the gacha that she loves. It's not only the name brand of the producer as well. If a producer has strong artistic desire to make a song for the singer instead of just finishing a comission, the product would be different. Taku Inuoe reaches out to Suisei for the work and Stellar Stellar and 3:12 ended up both being absolutely banger. Yona Yona Journey is not nearly as good (though calliope is not as talented as Suisei anyway). Even then, Suisei had to build that up. Her older songs were not that good composition wise compared to the newer one. Comet is pretty dated and scuffed despite having decent vocal.
