Bots on Twitch is a fairly normal thing and can get transferred to other people by raids. There used to be a trend where people would bot someone they hated so they could shit talk them for botting.
Like DMCA, as long as Twitch ignores the existence of a bot problem, they can claim to have more viewers than there actually are. This is not to say that vshojo is botting, this is just something that's always in the background over at Twitch due to their lack of bot prevention.
They cleaned up botted follows last year and some of the major twitch streamers lost hundreds of thousands of follows.

There was a browser exploit, where you could get your view counted multiple times if you opened multiple tabs and had them all visible on screen. Hundreds of tiny-windows. That is what youtube patched. And that is good.

Where they might have gone too far is marking "botlike chats", and people who clicked on widely-varying videos. I think they are marking a lot of innocent people as bots. But the basic vulnerability is patched.

Even if youtube does roll back their policy on chatters, they probably won't ever roll back the tab-glitch. That means the technique hololive was using to boost is now patched for good.

Well Ina's low total VOD view can also be explained by her stream length generally being on a shorter side too.
If you compare Kiara's VODs to Ina's VODs side by side, Kiara gets really darn close a lot of the time despite having only 60% of the recorded CCV.

But yes, Ina's VODs generally do the worst in HoloMyth and I feel like Mori's VODs beat hers most of the time despite lower CCV (but then again Mori's streams have been long as fuck recently).
Ame is just lower CCV and short streams so she has some streams with really low VOD views and some that pop off and get 200k views on 7k CCV peak.

Ina's charts are one of the reasons its so obvious to me that something is going on now.
