The real reason is because of niconico, totsu culture, & a bunch of Japanese streaming history of what the purpose of livestream chatrooms is and the philosophy surrounding it.
The ENs that are corpos just adapted it from JP or are copying. Non corpo ENs don't really have that rule because it doesn't matter. There is such a stark contrast of livestream chat culture from established western livestreamers and established japanese livestreamers. There's a reason only western viewers ever attempt to @ people in chat. Chat in western streams traditionally chat among themselves, chat in japanese streams are supposed to chat only at the streamer. With this culture difference it becomes obvious why mentioning other streamers is not necessarily pleasant in japanese streaming culture (especially with the history of how the scene worked before youtube).

I know I'm stating the obvious here but taste is subjective. There is no objective metric of whether a chuuba is "better" than the other. It all comes down to preferences.

in theory, every streamer should be needing to "get permission" to stream a game because that's just the nature of how game licenses and copyrights work, especially when you're profiting from it. right now it's just a grey area because things aren't well defined legally speaking, and most game producers recognize the "free advertising" that comes from people streaming your game. But look at how music rights work (e.g. mechanical vs sync rights) for how streaming games might end up if greedy kikes and their lawyers get their hands on the pie

im not the gluten intolerant one, im just telling you how it is. Unless you're making everything from scratch it's hard to get things like fries, bread, any sausage like meat, any ice cream, most chocolate, ANYTHING with malt vinegar in, most pasta, most chips, most alcohol etc. You can, sure, avoid it but it's fucking difficult when you're used to eating it for 20+ years of your life, and you're especially not used to checking for it. That, and having to learn to make everything from scratch like bread and pasta is shit. I get that to you it's oh so easy, but 'meat, vegetables and fruit' isn't a diet or something lmao

You didn't seriously expect me to list out my whole diet. It's just that within those huge food groups you have basically unlimited choice. Yeah it's a lot of home cooking, but that doesn't have to be arduous. You just throw some fucking meat and veggies on the grill. And it tastes great.

But maybe I don't get cravings like most people. I'm not gluten sensitve either. I just cleaned up my diet and found that I wasn't getting any anymore one day.
