For Korone's condition, it was very important that she take time off, normally it is 20 days of total disconnection or vacations (you literally have to stop thinking about work and relax and that starts around the tenth day). after that she takes a health check and if there is progress she can gradually return to normal activities with health checks. interrupting the rest period runs the risk of losing progress.

It seems almost like most Holo managers are dealing with as few as one holo, and the job of a Holo isn't like a normal one where you hand off work to another staff member because they are the only person who can do the work they do.
Their situation would be more like someone who manages an actor or musician so even if the person is on a break, they still have to be informed and may end up being required to still do some work while on a break.

Different managers that have zero to good experience with streams, some are incapable but continue in the job cause the talents don't want to complain and make someone they know lose their job
