Also, regarding the previous thread, I think it's fair to call >us out. On one hand, I want to have fun in the thread, but on the other I also don't want to cross the line of posting certain things excessively, especially if it annoys lurker anons.

The gameplay discussion well is sadly pretty much dry, especially from the perspective of newfags, so if you're a newfag lurking the thread, please ask specifically for advice since it might be obvious to oldfags to the point where it's no longer discussed. I know it hasn't been completely exhausted just yet, and post-Zaibatsu threads showed it pretty well, since we did have some new discussion about the game and its current state. The issue is that a large part of those discussions are things that are either not very useful for newhags or things that don't apply to them (dividends discussion or long-term strategies of any kind are irrelevant to them).

Popular streamers are still decent dividend coins. The only 'bad' hold you have from your major stack is Kronii, but she's your oshi so that's justified.
That Sana position is itching for liquidation, same with Ayamy. Sell those even when prices are 'normal' instead of just waiting for spikes.
Don't be hesitant to sell. Inflation isn't that big of an issue that you wouldn't be able to rebuy into higher-return investments. If a coin spikes and you haven't sold, then you made zero profit once its price returns to normal. The only coins that'd be exempt from this consideration are a) your oshi and b) hard metacoins that you'd usually buy 1x of almost all the time either way, meaning that rebuying into that position might be unfeasible (and liquid from that sold position can't be reinvested better).
Day by day trading is still the biggest differentiating factor in terms of profits, even if dividends make up a large portion of your income, they are very similar for everyone.

Liquidate anything you can in the following coins:

All of these coins are 20% or more over their 2-week average, meaning selling them is very unlikely to bite you in the ass, and rebuying later will be easy.

Another good example: Towa adjusted down 17% today, but she's still 15% over her 2-week average, meaning she's still worth selling, but at a lesser profit compared to yesterday.

The good news is you are getting more dividends each week compared to the people above and below you on the leaderboard (last week dividends used, see picture). This is mostly due to your Marine stack, but you have a healthy amount of Mori as well.

Regardless this tells me you are not daytrading during the week and/or not buying during dips. I wouldn't worry about coin prices increasing; very few coins are trending up (or down) over time.

Nothing related to youtube. This is nasfaq we are talking about here. The main reason is the daily adjustments, but in particular the overbought adjustments. Most coins are usually jump around in a steady band. The band itself doesn't change much overtime, see pic for examples:
1. Mori, slowly increasing since mid-october.
2. Hololive, constant since mid-november.
3. Pekora, you could say it is increasing slowly or is constant, a bit of coin flip here.
4. Risu, decreasing since early-november. Risu tends to be an exception for most things related to nasfaq.

It's because at higher ends of the board, it comes down to dividends and you don't really need to care about what streams they do since Mori will just give 2k every week. On top of this if it's just a big event you just think green, there's not really much else to say. There's only so much you can talk about on predicting stream numbers but at the end of the day if it's a big event, it's always gonna be green as a result.

I'm hoping the options are like this to be honest now that I think about, if you fail, you lose out on any profits, but succeed you would get more. However, as someone who's always played by feel-nya, it'd probably end up with people just reverse engineering the adjustment formula because you could see a chuuba is having a very average week planned and say "ah yes, 5% green", as a result of the data you collected which would essentially just be a risk free way of gaining money. I think it could work for big events, i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, etc. but it couldn't be implemented for average things.

But how do you make it really risky? This market is pretty well understood and easy to predict so there is no risk factor, you'll need to add a chaotic factor to the market and reduce the effectiveness of in-game safety measures, like dividends, to give at least some sense of danger. My 'own fun' has always been trying to maintain a leaderboard position while oshicoining and retaining a soulful wallet. It becomes harder to do that every day in this economy, and I'm fed up.
