How I see it, the easiest way to know which, is how good they sing during karaoke streams, which got no professional sound editing.
And I still hold that the Holy Trifecta is Suityan, HIRyS, and Mooner. Mooner is especially impressive because of how much she's improved in just a year. Girl's been training her voice every day it's almost unreal.

I like her but rushia's singing skill is just straight up bad. Her breath control is weak, her rhythm sense is not good either (she has some kind of illness responsible for that iirc); to add it up, she also uses one of the worst mic in hololive. You can notice her weaknesses clearly when she try to go out of her comfortable zone.
What carried Rushia is her wonderful voice, she would have so much potential if she try to train it more (which she did not unfortunately)
