I personally think the overreaction to ENs recline is way overblown by the faggots who post in this thread. They still put up great numbers but there does seem to be less enthusiasm among the fanbase. Which leads me to just how badly EN needs 3D.

When you look at JP they can always do cool 3D events, whether it be a concert, variety show, or whatever, to pull viewers back in who are experiencing viewership fatigue. EN doesn't have that and desperately needs it to start doing the same thing. This can't be discounted. Amelia seems to understand this which is why she has gone so hard on the VRChat 3D stuff which is really awesome of her and that stuff is really cool, however, it isn't real 3D. That will be such a shot in the arm for EN.

But it was ALSO after all the venue bookings and preparations were complete, being like 1 month before the event started.
Even with being THAT close to the event, the DLSite Yab caused 35 circles to drop out, which means that the actual impact would be MUCH higher since a lot of the artists have already made Nijistuff and booked the places and probably can't afford to cancel now.
