She doesn't alter her voice to fit Ame. It just depends on the hardware she's using. She may well sound deeper normally, but it's nothing to do with her purposefully changing the way she speaks. She's done call-ins from bed while using her phone where she sounds deeper and there's several streams, such as the early VR ones, where her voice is lower due to the type of microphone she's using.

It's hard to tell for me, her voice from before hololive was noticeably deeper but not too far off her debut. She started to get more high pitched as time went on (like Pikamee but not nearly as extreme) but she also changed mics several times since then. Could be different mic qualities, could be her adjusting her pitch, who knows. Is there a list of holos that use their natural voice?

I think she could cover slower, slightly deeper songs like Kiss Me and Mad World pretty well, her karaokes of them are pretty clean. I remember, a long time ago she did jap version of Say So (not the nyanners meme version), but I'm EOP so I don't know how badly she butchered the pronunciation.
