I can't wait for the temporary boost in attention and subs for the Holostars when Gen 4 debuts, only to return roughly to where we were before hand a few months later where everyone except Roberu and Astel averages 300-600 live viewers. I'm getting less pessimistic that the loyal fans will be spread too thin, but I still don't expect massive growth overall. Still, watch Yurustars.

So, now that the Stars cleared their obvious goals by all getting their 3D debuts and their first live, what should they aim for during the next months/year?

I'm generally very content with him (Aran), so just more. I want him to grow more confident in his singing and to continue to watch his progress with his reps. More frequent archived singing streams would be nice, I miss far too many of them.
A new batch of photo exchange streams would be lovely as well, those were some of my favorites. A lot of beautiful pictures in the アランこれ使え tag.
His 3D debut is still my favorite out of any of the ones I watched, and I adored W.I.M., so as far as I'm concerned he's at his best moment right now, so I trust the plan.

I feel the same as you. I really like how he is giving his all in all the things he tries and doesn't give up immediately even if something doesn't succeed. I don't know what was his goal for this year, but I really appreciate how generous he is with his content through the whole year, even in busy weeks.
It would be neat if he could continue his DJ reps enough to have the level to attend events. I know it is ambitious, but I believe it is still feasible. A-chan used to participate in some of them with hololive music

I wanna see more original songs from Izuru and Rikka. But other than that it's hard to say what they should aim for 2022 other than keep moving forward. There isn't an 100% fool-proof way to become a successful vtuber, or even streamer for that matter, so I'll just look forward to what weird shit the boys will bring for next year and hope the newbies can add some freshness to the roster and help the Stars grow even bigger. Oh yeah, and hopefully a 2nd Act without chink-flu restrictions, but at this point I guess a StarsEN is much more likely.
