Literally the only thing that matters for an indie is streaming consistently and not having the personality of wet cardboard. She's doing better than Koopa and Koopa had a huge boost at the start from her debut here.
Looks like she started streaming 3+ times a week consistently in July and I think this yab happened a month or so before. But if you stream consistently, you get increased viewership, it's not like Hololive where you have to entertain a cabaret like feel.

It's a bit more complex than that. It wasn't a "you're so great, you can do anything", more of her talking about her own flaws & problems and how she got past them by continually working on improving her issues day after day & about breaking out of just feeling stuck & overwhelmed.
