With so many people around I don't give chubas much chance to grow on me, I'd rather stick to those who are more relatable/entertaining. Nijisanji's business model is all about volume. Coming out with wave after wave of talents until the market is completely saturated. They also allow their talents much more freedom, and frequently collab with other companies.

This has advantages, and disadvantages.
