there's a lot of riders that have move call-outs but as far as i know, caleb and acrius don't have that in their lore. acrius is mostly weapons-based while caleb just has his claws

It's like that system Twitch tried to implement on their own that failed. You go to a company and pay them to take your stream and post it on websites like an ad. It helps boost you so that new people can discover you. It works especially well if you're a literal who but entertaining enough to retain viewers. Twitch encourages it. It's in their TOS it just doesn't count towards path to partner

her streams are chill enough to put on and relax too, but funny and entertaining enough to not be boring. she's creative and often comes up with new things to try on her audience. she can draw cute art and sing, and she goes out of her way to be nice to people, but doesn't really seem like she's trying to climb the clout chasing ladder and seems to just collab/interact with whoever she wants.

Good morning! It's not so long since my last reading, but I wanted to get it done before the day starts for real for me!

For today's reading we got Temperance, Reversed Two of Pentacles and Reversed Three of Wands.

The general mood of today is that it is a day where Balance, Patience and Moderations reign. You have to make sure you don't overdo and that you allow yourself the time to rebalance your life and adjust for strange events coming up. In my case, I just saw that I won't get my paycheck for another two days, which means I have to live frugally for today and tomorrow, which was NOT something I had planned! Argh! The angel of the Temperence card stands with one foot on land and one in water, meaning that she is both grounded, and allowing herself to be creative, in perfect balance. The pyramid, or triangle, is also one of the sturdiest geometrical shapes. Have you ever tried to flip a D4? It's difficult!

The Two of Pentacles is a young man balancing two coins while dancing, and this is supposed to represent time management, multiple priorities, and juggling your life. Since the coins are also inside of the shape of Infinity, it symbolises general life and balance, tightly connected with the previous card. Since this one is Reversed, however, it means that the hurdles we will face today are over-committing to multiple projects, difficulty organising and prioritizing, and generally just taking on too big of a workload.

The cards recommend the Three of Wands to us, Reversed, as a way of handling the day best. What does that mean? Well usually this card stands for foresight, expansion and progress. The man on the card is looking out over seas and mountains, symbolising plans ahead, but he is firmly grounded with the three planted wands. Reversed, however, this card can represent playing small, lacking foresight, or even unexpected delays.

For this reading, I would assume this means that to get through this day of overcommitment and poor planning and achieving the balance and stability of the Temperence card, we might need to delay some projects, or even just focus on the small things to make sure those are out of the way.

You've got something similar to survivorship bias. 4ch isn't exactly the front of the internet, people here will *generally* be a bit more tech- and chuuba knowledgeable than average. They'll maybe be a bit more willing to experiment, or do stupid shit with plugins.
On top of that, there's a built in support system here.
Something like 90%+ of streamers don't make affiliate. Which is 50 follows and a CCV of 3. If you can be part of ANY community, you can boost those figures quite a bit, which means you're going to get affiliate, which means you can expand more.
I thought I was slow getting affiliate, in that it took me six weeks from hitting go-live first time. And in comparison to some, that's slow. But I see so many people on reddit saying "I've been streaming for three months and I'm nearly at affiliate, what do I do to speed up?"; that, and looking into 2-view streams, makes you realize how bad at parts of streaming so many people are. They don't advertise, or shill, or make their name known, or whatever.
One of my regulars decided he wants to start streaming. His Twitter is literally just "Going live at twitch.tv/username". No clips. No 'thanks for coming'. No stupid memes. He really doesn't help himself.

Vegas can be a bit tricky with how you cut and edit videos, I'm still trying to figure out a good way to balance the clip and show my reactions to stuff. You can use a mask tool, probably, to cut a circle out for your face, but Vegas is notoriously unintuitive in its editing and help documentation so I google things all the time.

Reaching the top 1% isn't even that hard on Twitch. There are just THAT MANY low effort streamers out there shouting into the void. Many of them are probably happy with it, but as previous anons have said, if you don't do even the most basic of branding and brandmanagement, there's no way you will grow. Being spontaneously found while playing Apex is close to impossible unless you have an eye-catcher, and even then the odds are extremely slim.
