It's a rrat but i think some other anon hit the nail on the head he pointed out that prior to their initial collab, and because she is massive autist, pekora spent a lot of time prepping to give her a fun and in depth tour of the JP server. Unfortunately, during the collab it became clear that Kiara was mostly interested in talking and really didn't give a shit about the game (not necessarily her fault), and pekora just became lowkey disillusioned with the whole thing from that point on hence why she didn't really give any meaningful/serious responses when Kiara was literally crying about how much her vids changed her life

Judging by her watchalong from Bloom, I'd say she's still a big fan of Pekora. She's tone it down now since they are workmates and it will be awkward. As I said in another thread, it’s not Kiara’s fault.
Usada construction is her real family business, and it means her family is practically a clan of Yakuza. (That’s why the Rabbit doesn’t mention her dad and the eldest brother because Yagoo begged her not to do it)
Kiara found it out when she met her offline and determined to keep away from her (because she once worked in Japanese idol industry where Yakuza circulate their capitals as well and hence sniffed out it, right?).
The rabbit feel relaxed with only limited Holos, like
Noel: once engaging in Japanese Kyabakura business as well.
Moona: her accented Japanese honorifics reminds her of SEA guest workers (meant for ordinary construction jobs and some underground jobs as well) working under her dad.
Marine: obviously her dad is a lower class Yakuza as well. No Japanese father hits on his daughter’s supervisor unless he’s a vulgar goon. And his daughter knows how to talk to his boss’s family members as well.

It’s all meticulously choreographed keyfabe and every stream is based on a script written beforehand and it’s released after at least three rehearsals.
Peko-Kiara collabo wasn’t an exception. After airing the stream they had a meeting where they analyzed all comments of the chat and the wave of SCs and had brainstorming to make things better.
Pekora and Kiara were in the meeting as well, and they recognized it as a decent start off.
They were talking in fluent English (all JP Holo speak decen English. They pretend to not because they know that’s what their viewers want), and Kiara was gonna round off the meaning by saying
