You really need to pull off some mental gymnastics to think she wants to grow. What she really wants is people she already grew to appreciate to never leave. I understand that the concern comes from a place of love for Kiki but publicly worrying about it does no good. Very early on it was more or less agreed upon to take things one day at a time; to not stress about the future and what the implications were for the relationship between Kiki and the Champyons.
