Her skin shirt and hair are all shades of the same golden brown color and it looks disgusting. The lack of contrast just makes it look messy.
The lack of shading on her face or clothing makes the art look unfinished and amateurish.
You can barely tell if she has a nose and mouth at all.

They're too bright? Do you also not know what word bright means? They're not bright, they're saturated, like every vtuber. Highlights in the eyes are bright, as they should be , those are specular lights.

The eyes already contrast with the skin, dark vs light. Everything contrasts in the design. Not contrasting is where details blend together, when theyre same lightness.

Both of them are lighter actually, but their skin color is clearly tan, Sana's isn't a tan, it's basically dark enough to be a poo in the loo but not dark enough to be a chocolate god. And for comparison's sake I'm including Flare who's the other "dark" holo, even her original skin was way ligher than sana.
