Nearly everyone on it is an employee, and all of them likely spent dozens if not hundreds of hours of work to realize that four hour concert. To be fair, streaming is just the modern equivalent of idols/musicians going on variety shows, talk shows, and other things to keep their name in the public consciousness between song releases. It doesn't have to be GFE stuff unless you chose to do so.

It's why I gave Riot Music as an example. They do a really good combo of chat + karaoke, while keeping it ~1 hour long. Usually once per week (now they've toned it down in preparations for Re-Volt).

I really love the format, as it allows me to keep up with their stuff without burning out or having to base a schedule around it.
Song + ~1h stream a week (per talent), perfect combo to keep me engaged without burning out. Also probably perfect for them, since it seems to feed the algorithm just enough and at the same time not put the hours of a regular job.
