NTA but from the torso up (which is what we'll be seeing almost all of the time) it has a weak silhouette/outlines and makes almost no use of her features or character. Also Ina has purple and orange hair, so the red and blue come off as somewhat disjointed color additions. If you look at the prediction drawings most of them use the orange and purple color theme for good reason. Basically it doesn't feel like there's much synergy between her and her outfit.
Guess it shows that proper collaboration can be important here. Gura did a great job working with nacho mama to get something she's really happy with. Maybe Ina didn't want to bother kuroboshi or maybe she just didn't have anything particular in mind and liked his designs thus far.
