It's a little weird thematically to cast Reincarnate on a Northshire Cleric and deathrattle a Vtuber out of it, but there's no precedent for spells that target a certain type, I think.

I wonder what a great gimmick for Vtubers would be. Any ideas?

this design is unsalvageable without massive tutor effects. Two one-ofs would nearly never sync and the benefit given is next to nil.

It does seem a little weak considering you'd generally only be able to get Polka and the inspire on turn 9 and it only gives your board (if you have one) +1 attack. If you're in a position to summon this and get value from it you've probably already won, so it could be made stronger.

Apex-inspired card, so I tried to give it the feel of an FPS fight where you laser an enemy who is off guard and then spray their teammates. Also made it a Hunter legendary to fit with this theme. I tried balancing it around 6-drops like Fire Elemental and Lurker Below who also deal damage.
