I was thinking about stuff like this recently, of drugs that make you gassier, make your excretions larger and smellier, stuff like that. Maybe the drug would also make it feel good, creating a sort of shamefully pleasant feedback loop. Seems like the kind of thing that's ripe for fanfiction, so maybe I'll do that. I haven't watched Koyori much yet, however, and I'd want to write her portrayal as at least somewhat recognizable.
