They can apply to VTA if they're ones who never streamed or can apply to be a regular vtuber, but if they publically said "we're absorbing them into Nijisanji" that would seem like a severe case of nepotism. Either way some of them are pissed off at management I don't see them coming back, neither did they even do well streaming.
