Haato knew her series was the only thing keeping her alive but also knew it was getting harder to keep it unique and creative so she ended the series herself near the end when she couldn't figure out an actual satisfying ending. Then she made it seem like there was another reason for it, one outside of her control to deflect the issue somewhere else. However, she knows she can't stay alive for long without it, so she'll bring it back eventually only to cuck us out of an ending again at the same time next year, and the same the year after that. The cycle never actually ends. We will never understand, and she's happy about that. She doesn't care about the rrats we post, in fact the rrats make her more powerful because ambiguity and misdirection is exactly what she wants.
