Nijisanji's model leads to the most fun content due to the freedom afforded to their talents and the management staff fully supporting their ideas instead of stifling them. They're allowed to do pretty much anything that's within Youtube ToS and won't get them copyright striked and many of them take full advantage of that freedom like Mashiro or Mito or Utako to do some pretty crazy shit.

Unfortunately this also means more risk and more alienation of EOPs since it's not as accessible as endless Minecraft and karaoke streams. Hololive's structured style makes it very easy to get into and tune in whenever without missing anything or having to keep up with lots of lore and events from past streams. They're literally always playing Minecraft or fotm games so you'll never miss anything from being an EOP.

Meanwhile VShojo is like the other end of the horseshoe, since it's not a real company they're never pressured to produce good content and that leads to stagnation from too much freedom.

As someone who has watched both for a while, I actually think that Nijisanji has more real, actual restrictions on talents than hololive. Hololive has a more restrictive "culture" with more unwritten rules, sure, but that's mostly self-imposed stuff that plenty of talents have been free to break if they had the stones to without really facing much repercussion. Meanwhile there's lots of stuff that Nijis are outright forbidden from doing that's fine in hololive and holo managers generally don't explicitly forbid stuff unless they've been specifically burned by doing that thing before.

1. Nijis are always at the mercy of the management when it comes to collaborations. Sometimes they'd cancel it (like in the case of Millie) or you're forced to participate in it (like what Selen and Pomu revealed).
2. Nijisanji doesn't pay wages unlike some other groups. They also don't have financial and medical support systems in place. Some examples are:
- Shiba was forced to beg to her fans for her medical expenses
- Ange was forced to seek help from Lize when she got sick
- Lulu wasn't given support when she fainted from over-exhaustion on stream twice.
This is completely different from other agencies wherein the managers/bosses would step-in to solve those urgent needs.
3. Nijisanji doesn't provide support for the fans/content creators/other adjacents hence community engagement is low.

4. Nijisanji has established a point system akin to social credit score. A talent needs to meet a certain amount of points before they're given costumes, collab opportunities, 3Ds, promotions, company-wide event participation and solo concerts.
5. Talents are somewhat exempted from the above if they belong to the right clique. Joining the main clique allows for consistent collab opportunities and protection from being bullied.
6. The company tend to undermine their talents ability to host events because they don't want their talents to grow bigger than the company.

I don't watch Hololive exclusively. I am membered to a few indies and even watch niji streams from time to time when one of them streams a game that I like. Hololive is simply the vcompany that I am invested into the most. I like a and watch ttheir talents more often than indies or nijis.

Why is it a problem to keep things quiet while you're still working with law enforcement and investigating the situation?
