Yeah that's what I thought no answer because you know I'm right. That's the big way Nijisanji is different from Hololive, once you're in, you're in for good and it's nearly impossible to get fired. Hololive expects you to be an actual idol so it's a genuine job where you're going to have a lot of work to do besides streaming, you've got to stay in shape and work on your dance moves and practice your singing and so on. However they do give you financial support and the money is much better and you get business deals and so on. Nijisanji doesn't support you financially at all (that's why they have over 100 members and Hololive only has like 30) and is just more of a company for any kind of streamer. With a lot more freedom to do whatever you want at the cost of making significantly less money. So if you want to be a Gilzaren and hardly ever stream then they let you. This also means that Tsukino Mito does not have to pay any attention to you if you join Nijisanji because it's not like they're paying her to. But if you join Hololive you will inevitably befriend everyone there because that's part of the job.
