It looks like it's trying to be unique, but mostly just takes disparate elements from typical animu styles, tumblr styles, and some surface level understanding of actual art to create an unholy abomination. It's distinct for the sake of being distinct, completely ignoring the fact that art should probably be purposeful or at least visually pleasing.
