lol no, there's not a single Chinese (mainland) VTuber even near our ID girls, people say "corpos are so restrictive" wait till you see China, actual Chinese use VPNs just to see shit they're not allowed to because the non brainwashed ones straight up hate their Xi planted VTubers. Name 5 Chinese VTubers over 700k hell name ONE, we have Moona and Risu approaching 1 mil there's not a single CNtuber that will EVER get that despite living in a flooded as fuck country.

China is also becoming more restrictive on online and data services by the day, with gaming reduced to 3 hours a week with mandatory sign ins so the government can make sure you're following their rules.

I'll admit China is relevant because of cheap labor, export and easy money due is you pander to them due to the sheer amount of their population but in terms of VTubers on the global stage they couldn't be anymore irrelevant. They can't even stream on YT or Twitch most of the time and have to use bilibili where no fucking non Chinese would be stupid enough or want to waste time to sign up for.
