It's hard to learn alone plus no one is around to correct my pen strokes or misreads, an app can only do so much... I can pick apart the sentences, and my screen reader says it outloud for kanji I don't know yet but have heard, but how the fuck do I put all the words I learn in anki together so I don't sound like a child.

I don't think learning to write kanji by hand is important unless you're living in Japan. It sounds like you're learning a lot of individual kanji via anki, but seeing it in context is more important so you can learn how to use it and of course pick up grammar. For the absolute basics of grammar I would recommend the Tae Kim guide or the Michel Thomas method. Otherwise I think it might be best for you to jump headfirst into doing your listening and reading reps. Watch Japanese VTuber clips with subtitles and read manga and books, or better yet visual novels. It's true that there's a cut-off point where you need people to talk with to really improve but I think you can get to a pretty high level even without, and the good thing about VTubers is that they aren't actual anime characters and tend to use real-life Japanese, so you can learn a lot. Mayuzumi speaks pretty clearly, so you could probably even just turn on YouTube automatic captions for his streams and pick up a lot from there.

I think there's no point in ignoring that part of learning Japanese if I'm going to learn it, right? Or is writing really not that important? I use the renshuu app for kanji and it teaches pen strokes but that's an aspect of Japanese that evades my memory.
I actually do use clips as learning practice as it has the text in a large font. As well as manga. I like listening to the guys who have a more normal cadence, Mayuzumi is a slow speaker and I think, perfect for studying with his zatsudan.

Well, how often do you expect to write in your day to day life? It really just comes down to that. It sounds like it's eating up a lot of your learning time, but when you talk in this thread or online at all, you can just use your keyboard. Best to focus on and prioritize the aspects you actually expect to utilize daily, such as reading and listening comprehension, I'd say.

Sure there is.
To learn faster.
If you're learning the kanji for every word you learn then you're learning at minimum 2 words for each actual word.
Though in practice you also need to learn the Chinese reading so really it's 3 words for 1.
That means that you're taking 3 times as long at minimum to learn 1000 words as someone else.
If you just care about listening and reading Japanese then there is no point in learning kanji, as most of the time it will either have the kana readings on the side or you can just copy and paste it into a translator.

Kanjistudyってappは書き方間違えるとすぐ指摘するからやってみて
読めるようとか聞こえるようとかになりたいなら書き方は部首をはっきり見えるまで勉強した方がいいと思う。書けるようになりたくないならそれ以上はいらないと思う。
