My two cents:
I'm a 27 yo Russian proletarian working girl with no social network life and a sense of tact when it comes to showing your opinion (we Russians call it being honest and not tolerant with toxic positive thinking) who has a little bit of art background and started learning 3D modeling 6 months ago. I've learnt fast because I didn't have actual work for these months and now unfortunately has to return.
I've made a Blender + Unity character from scratch with Vroid head base, it actually worked in VSeeFace (surprised, I did rigging and much different stuff for the first time in my life) even tho it requires to be fixed in some places. Gonna use it further ( when it's optimized) probably for strategy games streams on my free time (not sure about genre, I get pretty bored of games lately), but for sure for the dev vlog in a couple years and gonna make thematic videos for artists, mostly those who have certain concentration/socialization problems. Not gonna lie I really really like the character and hope the other people will be somehow able to appreciate my effort.

And actually if you have some adequate ideas for youtube videos i'd be happy to perform them when I'll get my hands to finalizing the model ( not soon tho). Or to just chat.

It's a thread for "aspiring vtubers". They have some useful info there.
As for the twitter it's your buissness naturally but I would still recomend at least making an account for your streaming persona and making a few twits there from time to time. Like screenshots or maybe some poses. Maany indie vtubers start as vtweeters the majority of vtweeters never streams though.
As for the woke crowd it would be easy to filter them as an indie since your initial auditory will be small and you can just filter them on case by case basis. Just make sure you don't give them a wrong impression and you will be fine.

You could get a small but dedicated following streaming creative work like 3D modeling and rigging. Anyone can stream video games. If you're comfortable with showing your niche and growing around it, you should give it a try.

Stay positive in content.
Don't engage or respond to drama.
Try out different things but see how people watching respond and judge that against how you feel doing that content.
Get a regular streaming schedule.
Don't take 4chan too seriously, they will be harsher than needed.

The model looks great. Better than 99% of the indie vtubers I've seen. The voice is good the accent is not as bad as you've made it out to be. Better than mine at least. There is a little bit of mumbling, but it will pass with experience.
The only negative thing I can say is that when you smile, there is a little bit of "uncanny valley". Personally I think a little less teeth when you smile would look better.
Overall, I wish you good luck in your endeavor. Many indies give up this business even before the first stream, but you've even built the model yourself. Well done.

Communication and flair is key in this job/hobby. Network and make events out of things, create reason or excitement where there wasnt. Since you're going the negative kinda shtick with the "no you cant bitch" type attitude, I recommend making beratement and banter a focus. Find a way to incorperate that kind of talk naturally with your games, maybe pick things like art streams where you talk about work volume or games that are hard enough where you can get a banter going with the chat.
Ultimately this is an acting job with a flex level of acting needed. Either not a lot or tons, but either way you need to keep attention. Being mean can do that.
Also your accent is very slight, you'll probably be asked if your russian alot if you dont sign post it, something to keep in mind I think. Could be useful, or annoying.

The market is oversaturated, you're a year late to jump into the game.
From your test stream it doesn't look like you're an incredible entertainer, your voice is nothing special too. So, the only thing you can count is mild novelty of russian accent and 3d modeling streams. That's very niche. You'll have the average of 30-50 viewers at the very best. Look at Athena Nightingale, amazing voice, very good singer, plays instrumants, tells fun life stories from her nursing job and barely anyone knows or watches her. If you want to do this, I hope you're fine with streaming for only a few people. Just giving it to you straight.
In your place I would finish that model, post it on twitter(you have to use twitter, it's not as woke as you think, just don't follow woke people and don't make statements that will obviously get you in trouble, i.e. don't call someone a nigger or faggot), twitter is the world of communication for vtubing. Say "Hi, I'm new but this is what I can do, comissions open". Don't waste your time on vtubing, make models for others.
And go to /asp/ like other anon said. They give very solid advise and critique.
