The buzzword for NijiEN is chemistry but what HoloEN excels at is Diversity. Just look at Myth. Each one of them brings something completely different to the table and has a different skill set. I think they went the opposite with Council and focused on group dynamics.

Myth are better as individual streamers whereas Council are certainly much better in collabs which has proven out with how much council just hops into other streams. I think this is exactly what Cover wanted and they were very calculated with their picks. It ended up paying off. Council will never hit the CCV peaks if Myth but what they brought to HoloEN can't be measured in numbers. The entire branch feels so much more alive. That is exactly what they were shooting for. Council is more like a support gen whereas I think they will go back to the Myth style if recruiting for a gen 3. Yup, there's no arc or storyline. It's like you getting dropped at the end of a finished story, missing all the character development from the earlier episodes.
