it's really hard to come across a thread in the catalog that isn't unfunny, a clear attempt at shitstirring/baiting, or plain mental illness. 12 threads about ayame not streaming or 20 threads about how kiara was a bitch in a collab gets old really fucking fast.
sometimes there are threads that touch on topics that can be pretty interesting, or where you can discover other chuubas and the content they make, or genuinely funny/entertaining threads, but they're so rare that more often than not I stick to just going to a general immediatly (obviously not all the time, or else I wouldn't be here)

i guess im in the minority then because my most unpleasant experiences have been in generals. at first i thought it was only the general i was posting in but as i hopped around to get a feel for what vtubing and /vt/ had to offer i realized every general is a complete cesspool that i would rather avoid.

yeah sounds like you had bad experiences unluckily. the generals have been by far the most decent experiences I've had with this place since aside from the ocasional trolls and schizos in the bigger ones, I can actually talk about chuubas with somewhat reasonable (or at least bearable) people
