What happened to Tsunderia was relatively easy to recover from. A quarter of the talents and a quarter of the management staff isn't that big of a loss in terms of how the company runs, especially when at least two of them were apparently being liabilities anyway and there wasn't much else going on at the time.
On the other hand, losing your one and only manager right as you're about to debut five new vtubers and more than double your current number of talents sounds pretty devastating, especially if it's true that she was basically keeping things running singlehandedly with little to no help from the CEO.

What we know up to this point was that K-chan was singlehandedly running everything at Kawaii based off the stories of the girls. They never talk about the CEO at all because he never did anything of note. K-chan was responsible for game permissions, contacting artists to get logo and art made, responsible for gen 2 auditions AND getting their models made, troubleshooting on everything behind the scenes, communicating with investors, accounting and a lot more other stuff. That's way more responsibility than a single manager should be doing. Now they've been hiring for months and K-chan was also handling the recruitment of new employees too but nobody's biting. If you look at the website the salary paid isnt much at all despite demanding high qualifications since it's a japanese based company. It's clear that nobody is dumb enough to do all that work for that low an amount like the CEO was expecting.

The end result? The talents will likely have to do all the work themselves just like indies including getting game permissions which is something no indie has to ever do. While giving away their earnings to the company for no support or marketing at all. I wouldnt be surprised if they just decided to leave and just be indie themselves since they've already been doing all the work for free. Already gave a real example if you scrolled further up. someone in /ppg/ actually posted a Slack screenshot of shiki being a numberfag and it seems like no one got caught for it and we don’t know who did it. PRISM seemed to have ignored it publicly. rrats think it’s shiki doing it to herself, worse case: it’s someone inside that hates shiki. Don’t get caught, no harm, there’s 8 others to potentially blame.

whistleblowing isn’t hard if it’s legit. You should worry about why someone inside was willing to put themselves in harms way just to give some vague details, which people here could have rrat anyways so it really didn’t add anything.
