Jenma and Jchad actually exist as singular people who had dedicated characters developed for them.
"Enma" was just a catch-all blob for all various managers as a whole, back in the beginning when the EN girls were still unsure about how to handle manager-characters (for example, how much even to share about their specific managers at all vs. how strict to stick to their "talk as little as possible about behind-the-scenes stuff" company directive).

After "Enma" appeared (slotting in the L4D collab), and the fans ran wild with the concept (there's a tangible "hunger" from the EN audience to have some kind of EN-Achan as an embodiment of management to relate to), some girls saw the positive reaction and began to build and differentiate their own manager characters (Jenma for Kiara, Ame and Gura, most of it coming from Kiara because she's closest with her, and Jchad for Mori), and the "Enma" character was slowly left in the dust - coincidentally, who was Enma even managing? Oh, Ina (who also created "her" design). Now, Ina is also the one who talks the least about her personal manager, and you can make your own conclusions as to why (maybe because she knows we wouldn't like the revelations).

Anyway, long story short, the most plausible explanation is that Enma is basically Omegatranny (who was also AO, isn't it "interesting" that the supposed director of the whole EN branch also moonlighted as Ina's personal chat mod in the early days, and from the minecraft leaks we know he's also her old XIV raid buddy...), i.e. a male and that's why Ina never went much further into detail about her "personal manager", and as Omega has already finally realized his goal of self-inserting himself into HoloEN lore with his own chuuni god character, they both have no use for the empty diversion of the "Enma" shell character anymore

I can see SOME of the connections, but on the other hand, there's also more evidence on the Omega = AO and the Ina FFXIV connection side.

That's a question you should ask Omega himself (maybe he throws his biweekly marshmallow oneliner your way), after all he was the one who pushed for the lore powercreep in EN (and conveniently placed himself at the top, huh).
The fans certainly didn't ask for it, they're just here for cute girl anime streamers and not for some faggots pretentious self-insert fanfic of a cosmic universe. And the talents certainly didn't ask for it either, too much loreshit more often than not is just a straight-jacket on their actual personal character development (so most of them disregard lore over time entirely anyway, or construct their own personal lore that fits them better in connection with their fanbase, like the Myth girls have done).

At least with those characters, you could at least say it was "organic", in the sense that it developed naturally between the talents and the fans over time - the talents sharing some tidbits about their personal managers, the audience creating fanworks out of it, which in turn made the talents share more info, and so on, and the manager "characters" we got took shape.

With Omegatranny it's different - he was introduced (or rather introduced himself) with Council right away, and from the top down. As of corporate announced "I'M HERE, NOW LOVE ME, PEASANTS!"

Even disregarding the tranny shit, which I agree is at worst just a distracting insult, there's simply not much about him to actually like. No talent speaks positively about him (which is especially telling compared to other "management characters" like Jenma, Jchad, Achan, etc.), instead it's actually more the opposite. And he's not giving any reasons to like him either, he just tweets sassy bitch posts from the sidelines occasionally, but his existence contributes pretty much nothing to HoloEN. He doesn't stream (of course, he knows why he doesn't), and he has no successful projects to point to that'd make you go "oh he made that thing happen for the girls, I guess he's a good guy after all", instead he just takes self-important credit for "creating HoloEN" as a whole.

I mean, Coco only debuted roughly four months before HoloEN auditions came about and we know Cover projects are typically in the works at least six months or more before they're announced, so there's no realistic timeline for Coco to be the one responsible for the idea of HoloEN. Unless you truly believe that a) upper management would even listen to any idea from a new hire and b) they did all the typical pre-audition work in the two, maybe three, months prior to announcing HoloEN auditions.
