The appeal is that they're more sincere and transparent. However, their stream durations and frequency are a massive time sink.

If you're a /biz/fag, the fact that a number of them at least appear post here (and keep tabs on discussions) is muy bueno, as it's the opportunity to think tank what direction the company might go in and see if your predictions pan out. With hololive, their management is so obstructive and their chubas so closed off that they're basically isolated in an ivory tower, making them less relevant to 4chan except as objects of worship.

With that said, the current thinking man's interests are seeing if A) Nijisanji forms. some sort of formal relationship with Play-Asia given their track record for staying in usinesss and presumed interest in being a player in the vtubing ecosystem, and B) Hana or the ENs ever reach out to one another for collabs after "she" appreaed to put. out feelers in the thread.

If there's one thing Niji has on hololive, it's the greater chance that active speculation on 4chan will lead to some sort of movement within the company, as evidenced by the collab fee tweet. Still don't advise anyone fall for the personal army requests that someone posts, as we all remember the ballad of NGA. Containment breaking only paints a target on your back, and I've no reason to believe hiroshimoot wouldn't sell someone out if you caused enough trouble outside of here for legal action to be taken. However, it is a chance to focus group for a major player in the vtubing space, even if anons are too busy posting random senseless gibberish instead of tackling intellectual challenges for fun.

Honestly, I wonder if 5ch anons are as equally dispationate about the fact that Pekora lives there. Sometimes I wonder if vtuber fans are even really fans, or old enough to be posting here.
