This. It's a combination of big viewer numbers in a low moderation chat mixed with twitch culture, nothing more. Emotes will be spammed, new or not. YT will always remain extremely underdeveloped and Twitch chat will always have too many features for attention seeking children to play with. Unless things like slowmode for members, no emote only spam, etc become a feature, chat will always be an insufferable wash in large numbers of small brained retards that can't offer cohesive conversation, are just attention seeking, trolls, etc
