I can't tell because I don't know what the guy's face looked like, there are two options:
1) he actually was an asshole and made a meany face at her
2) she misinterpreted an autist's facial expression whose job is to hand out free juice boxes, if this is true she would be more of an ass for judging him for doing what amounts to literally nothing
If 2) is true, it doesn't make her an asshole because
A) she could be making the story up for entertainment
B) she could be exaggerating the story for entertainment
In any scenario, it was mildly entertaining and filled a minute or two of air time, can't fault her for that.

They always remember the ones that treat 'em like shit. If you don't treat your oshi like shit, she won't remember you amidst a sea of equally desperate simps. Make her work for it. Make her earn it. And scowl at her whenever she asks for a juice box. This is how you truly win your oshi's favor, as hard earned validation is worth that much more.
