What left an impression on me was the full AR concert which has live viewing tickets in 30 cinemas across japan plus NND livestream (fun fact: that concert nearly got cancelled two days before the d-day and would've put anycolor in red, it's honestly a miracle that they pulled it off)

Personally I think there's not that much difference in concert economics across the two companies (they both print money), but if I have to say hololive has the advantage in digital tickets simply due to more foreign fans.

Not much to give a shit about since you know they'll sell out for sure, lottery system already in-place and all.
It's probably harder for Watame and Suisei to get only 1500 viewers on a stream than it is for them to sell out 1500 tickets (half capacity).
Physical tickets are also only 1500 yen more expensive than SPWN tickets and it costs them close to nothing to stream it so every SPWN ticket is free money. Cover doesn't charge 4500 yen more for physical tickets like Anycolor does.
