He personally would meet with Miyabi when Holostars was first started to discuss ways to draw new viewers and help him out mentally when he was pulling <20 views. He seems like a caring person who is managing a company growing at an enormous rate. We only see the talents, but most of his time these days are probably more concerned about contracts, loans, schedules, etc. rather than being able to support his talents. The fact he makes an effort is laudable.

Middle management is almost always the problem. Too disconnected from the talents to really feel any empanthy, too far from the top to see the big picture, just enough power to make the lives of everyone miserable if they get out of control, and the easiest area to end up with massive bloat.
A necessary evil once you get to a certain size, but it seems like the middle management at Cover was/is needs to be reigned in.
