It would make sense, consider this from YT's perspective.
A channel suddenly gets 4-5x the views it normally does, so you try and verify that those are 'real people'. Instead, you have a pajeet coded mess using assorted metrics to try and approximate what a 'real person' is so you get a real mess of numbers. Not a bad SC number for a non Holo. I've compiled some more shitty birthday stats to satisfy your shitty curiosities. Some interesting things I found:

-All of HoloMyth's bdays had merch drops. They probably made considerably more than their SC amounts.
-Council + IRyS' birthdays are mostly in the first half of the year. Only Mumei is in the second half.
-Almost all of NijiEN's birthdays so far are in the second half of the year. Only Enna is in the first half.
-HoloMyth's birthdays are spread out pretty well.

The problem is that any system like this is ultimately self-fulfilling: if a channel isn't "supposed" to get higher numbers, its numbers will be adjusted downward. If the channel's numbers are adjusted downward, it would then lower the expected numbers that the channel is "supposed" to get.
