God I wanted to root for Anya so badly when she debuted. Her first outfit is still my favorite design in Hololive. I was originally mad that she was an oppai loli instead of a normal loli but when I realized how people were reacting to this webm I started spamming it everywhere just to try to get her more views. Then she threw it away her most eye catching feature, started acting like a turbo bitch to her viewers and completely replaced her beautiful design with an old hag model that keeps only the weakest part of her design (the pupilless eyes).

It's not just Gura, Kiara also said the same thing. Apparently they only have the most minor input. However, given how well some of the designs seem to fit them I imagine that management at least gives design instructions after selecting the talent, rather than selecting talent during applications with the design already made.
