It's always 3-4 members on the screen at the same time, not just the moment that SS was taken. However, I think what that guy meant was that this collab was advertised to be one with every NijiEN members involved at first (Selen only said Nina wouldn't make it much later), and they are taking turn to play so it was hyped as a full branch collab
