Because what people assume to be her real voice is not. She has trouble hitting high notes using her Finance voice and when laughing her voice breaks to her usual Finana voice. Her actual voice is somewhere in between, but of course clipwatchers will never get this

She's aware for sure, chat always reacts with excitement whenever she uses her Finance voice or her normal voice slips but she's not very confident in her ability to keep her Finance voice and for good reason, it takes concentration to keep it and her range is limited with that voice.
Her real voice is rarely used but I think it's due to shyness. Finana doesn't mind singing with a voice changer but gets very embarrassed if she sings without it. I think she needs to mask her voice as a way to feel more confident similarly to how many vtubers are more outgoing when they can hide behind an avatar, she hides behind a fake voice.
