Not sure why you're lying. They were going to get new outfits anyway: either by lenght of time active in hololive or sub count. A-chan already gave a perspective on the situation where she hopes they get 3D but because of the pandemic, even in their own country, it's hard to get it to work with the people who are actually there. And they are behind the line with ID1 getting 3D, the rest of holostars to get 3D left, also ID1 new outfits. All of this has to happen within less than 3 months. At best, if the current situation improves, Myth will get 3D in 2022. I think people forget that Niji with it's big roster and pipline have livers get 3D even 2 years after their debut.

Myth does not need whatever fancy tech wizardry they have at HoloHQ to have good 3D streams. Myth does not all need to be in one room together to have good 3D streams.
I'm tired of Japan being on indefinite lockdown being used as an excuse when only one Myth member even lives there.
They totally could get 3D streams to work well enough. Hell, Ame got it to work with Walfie models with almost no help from her management. They just don't care enough to put the effort in.

A Live2D 3D model has to be fit like it's a piece of custom clothing.

That timeframe made no sense from Cover's perspective anyway. October has Halloween, so there's no need for extra events (unless these are Halloween costumes). September had the council collab ban lifting, UMISEA, and various anniversaries. Sometime in November would be the ideal timeframe. Any longer and you run into Christmas and New Years stuff.
