Most big streamers that have 2PCs have it setup something like this with an audio mixer, so everything from both PCs gets mixed together, and then you can have your microphone going to both PCs so you can use it both on-stream and in-game if needed.

No, Matsuri absolutely made that decision, she's just not being upfront with her fanbase about it. Towa has also made the decision. It's quite obvious if you look at their streaming habits. Matsuri promises things to her fanbase then cancels them for random apex. The funny thing is that when you look at Towa's streaming post-incident and then 2021 year to date the trends are pretty similar. If you count the Apex + Valorant + Overwatch + Siege up on both sides its almost exactly the same. And last year's Apex streams had a lot of long marathon streams. Ironically, this year so far, Towa is streaming significantly more in number (around 235 streams this year to date compared to 220 streams from March 12 to end of year).
What have we learned? That she's always been an apex addict and that she enjoys streaming a lot more today than last year.
