Why is Cover's 3D technology so far behind the competition?
When Temma's 3D occurred recently I saw people bitching that he got a higher quality 3D than the girls.
An unmoving ferret being carried around was considered the height of Hololive's 3D ability.
It's shocking how low the standards are.
What can be done to improve the tech in a tech company?

Cover's 3D technology is severely underdeveloped and you could see this even in their Home3D program

Movement is limited to the head and upper torso only, no arm tracking for everyone not Sora/Miko (and even then it's not like they actively use it)

Even the talents who have received their 3Ds only recently already have hand/arm tracking for Home3D, even if the movement is pretty janky
Hell, even indies like Pochi already have pretty smooth hand-tracking despite being, y'know, indies
