No, but the human race is involved in what I want. It just so happens that if I cannot find the positive version of what I want, I can only otherwise settle for the negative version of being important to somebody and my interaction with them taking more from them that it takes from me.

I never blamed them. But they never cared about me, so I feel no need to care about them.
